- Academic Qualification: Must have passed the Class 12 (or equivalent) examination in the science stream in 2024, 2025, or appearing in 2026.
- Subject Requirements: Must have studied at least three subjects among Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology during Class 12. (Note: Mathematics is mandatory for certain programs like the B.Tech and Data Science courses).
- Minimum Marks: Candidates from the General/OBC-NCL/EWS categories must have a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in Class 12. SC/ST/PwD candidates require a minimum of 55% aggregate marks.
