Necessity is the mother of invention, and this principle perfectly embodies the journey of Minerva Study Circle (MSC). Established in 2014, MSC was born out of the genuine urge and need of students in and around the region to nurture the career aspirations of future doctors and engineers. Two visionary minds, Mr. Parvesh Chandel and Mr. Rakesh Chandel, a remarkable brother duo, laid the foundation of what would become an inspiring and transformative educational institution.

The seed of MSC was sown in 2014 with a modest group of 40 students and only six dedicated guides to illuminate their academic paths. After encountering numerous challenges and learning experiences over nearly three years, MSC emerged stronger and soon began delivering outstanding results in NEET and JEE examinations.
What began as a small seed gradually grew into a flourishing plant. In 2018, a new milestone was achieved withthe introduction of the Dropper Batch, marking a significant step forward in coaching excellence. Since then,MSC has consistently produced exceptional doctors and engineers, serving both within the nation and abroad. Over 300 students are either pursuing M.B.B.S. at AIIMS and other reputed medical colleges or have successfully completed their academic journey and are now serving the nation and overseas as healthcare professionals.
Similarly, more than 250 students are either pursuing engineering at prestigious IITs and NITs or have completed their studies and are now contributing to the nation through their professional excellence.
In 2022, MSC further strengthened its academic framework by introducing Foundation Classes(9th & 10th) which have emerged as a strong stepping stone to long-term success and have proven to be highly fruitful.
After more than a decade since its inception, the MSC tree continues to flourish, with its branches extending into new areas while keeping pace with the evolving needs and demands of the modern era. In 2025, MSC expanded its horizons with the addition of a new destination at Dharamshala, marking another proud chapter in its journey.
Today, Minerva Study Circle stands as a symbol of a harmonious academic family created by two passionate brothers. It has grown into a strong community of more than 100 faculty members, earning the trust of over 1,000 students across all modes. Since 2014 Minerva has firmly established itself as a renowned and respected name in the coaching industry of Himachal Pradesh and in neighboring states.
